Rules & Restrictions
– Must be booked directly to LaTeDa, special cannot be applied to outside booking agency reservations.
– Cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.
– Valid only for reservations staying between June 1, 2024 to October 4, 2024
– Hotel stay must be booked for 4 consecutive nights in the same room.

Minimum Stay & Deposit Requirements:

– Low & Mid Season – 2 nights on weekends  – Deposit; 1 night + tax
– High Season – 2 nights on weeknights & 3 nights on weekends – Deposit; 1 night + tax
– Presidents Day – 3 night – Deposit; 1 night + tax
– Memorial Day – 3 nights – Deposit; 1 night + tax
– July 4th – 3 nights – Deposit; 1 night + tax
– Labor Day – 3 nights – Deposit; 1 night + tax
– Fantasy Fest – 5 nights – 50% + tax
– Super Boat Races – 4 nights – Deposit; 1 night + tax
– Christmas – 3 nights – Deposit; 1 night + tax
– New Years Eve – 3 nights – Deposit; 1 night + tax

Reservation & Hotel Policies:

– A full cooked to order breakfast is included for all registered hotel guests between the hours of 8:30 am & 10:30 am.

Smoking, or any type of open flame is strictly prohibited in all guestrooms,  Pool lounge deck and upper level roof decks.  A $250 fine will result upon discovery.   Cigar smoking is not permitted at LaTeDa.

– All reservations require a deposit
– Standard reservations require a one night plus tax deposit
– Fantasy Fest requires a 50% deposit.
– For a refund of deposit, cancellations must be made:
14 days prior for a standard reservation,
– 45 days prior for Fantasy Fest, New Year’s & Special Events
– LaTeDa Hotel is adults only, all guests must be at least 21 years old. 
– (LaTeDa does not offer any clothing optional areas)
– We can not accommodate pets.
– Maximum occupancy is 2 guests per room.  No exceptions.
– Pool is for use by registered Hotel guests only. Pool hours are 7 am to 6 pm.

LaTeDa does not accept group reservations or hold blocks of rooms, all guestrooms must be booked individually by the guest occupying the room.
